Kempen (Lux) Global Property Fund achieves three-year track record, ranking top of peer group
Real estate has been core to Kempen across all business units since the early 1990s. In 2011 Kempen decided to break with the traditional way of analysing listed real estate companies by developing a new philosophy, process and skillset within the team to apply a unique data-driven approach.
