Kempen SDG Farmland Fund Feeder invests in Kempen SDG Farmland Fund.
Kempen SDG Farmland Fund aims to achieve attractive long-term returns by globally investing in farmland and agricultural properties. Sustainable development goals are an explicit part of the investment strategy and will be measured and evaluated on an annual basis. The focus is on investments in sustainable and regenerative agriculture practices situated in OECD countries. The fund targets a broad diversification in crop types and crop rotation programmes. Most of the investments are expected to be located in North America, Western Europe and Oceania (Australia & New Zealand). The management company works with local agricultural specialists to allow the fund to benefit from their local knowledge, expertise and operating capabilities.
The minimum capital commitment of each feeder investor shall be EUR 250,000. This fund is only available for professional investors or investors residing in the Netherlands that will do a first drawdown of at least EUR 100,000.

Management fee and all operating expenses are born by the fund. The costs of the master Kempen SDG Farmland Fund are incorporated in the estimated ongoing charges figure.
The main purpose of the subscription and redemption charge is to cover indirectly the anticipated and realised costs associated with the investments of the Master Fund where the level is set at such level that spreading of costs will benefit different generations of investors. The subscription charge per January 2022 is expected to be 3.2%.

The manager will make drawdowns to fund investments, for the payment of fees or for other purposes. Drawdowns shall be made in respect of the commitments made by the participants that were accepted at the earliest closing on a pro rata basis (i.e. pro rata their commitments made at such closing) in priority to commitments made by participants at any later closings.
After the lock-up of 5 years, participants may apply on an annual basis for the redemption of all or part of his units in the fund. However, participants should be aware that it is not guaranteed that redemption requests will be executed in their entirety and that it may occur that redemption requests are executed partly or not at all. The remaining part of the redemption requests will be cancelled.
